Emerge Challenge

The Emerge Challenge is a 6-Week Weight Loss Program beginning October 27, 2025.

This challenge features Mexican-inspired recipes and snack options designed to help you stay on track and reach your goals over the next six weeks. While all participants will follow the same recipes, portion sizes will be personalized to fit each individual’s body and goals.

In addition, participants will receive a full exercise guide and ongoing guidance from me throughout the challenge.

By joining, you’ll also be added to a private support group, where you can connect with other challengers, share progress, and stay motivated as part of a positive, health-focused community.
